Evo Collectives is a professional social work consulting and training initiative founded by Jefin Sam Thankachan, a passionate social work professional currently serving as the State Coordinator of the Social Inclusion and Democracy Unit Project at the Indian Social Institute, and the Documentation Head & Training Coordinator at Loyola Extension Services, Trivandrum.
Our Vision
Evo Collectives was born from a vision to bridge the gap between social policy, practice, and participation — creating spaces for people and institutions to evolve, empower, and engage for sustainable social transformation.
Jefin Sam Thankachan
Jefin Sam Thankachan is a dedicated social work professional with expertise in community development, youth empowerment, and social education. With experience across multiple NGOs and institutions, Jefin has led initiatives in child development, disability empowerment, and youth capacity building. His work emphasises experiential learning, creativity, and leadership development through participatory training models.
